He was predeceased by: his mother Nola Miller Fields. He is survived by: his father Sankey C. Fields; his wife Barbara Fields; his children, Victoria Baughman, William Fields, Wyatt Fields, Kenneth Fields and Cody Fields; his grandchildren, Cooper Nichols and Cheyanne Nichols; his sister Tiffany Campbell (Kevin); and his nieces, Cecilia Campbell and Kathryn Campbell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smyrna Baptist Church (8003 NC-211, Lumberton, NC 28358).
