She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Sue Grier and William A Grier. She is survived by: her husband Guy Lawrence Jr.; her daughters, Sherry Stanley (Steve) and Caroline Stanley (Clancy); her sisters, Donna Stuart (Joe) and Carolyn Arbuckle (Larry); and her grandsons, Jacob Parlier (Emylin) and Ethan Parlier.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick or the Southport Presbyterian Church.
