Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rose Orlando Minett (Southport, North Carolina), born in Valley Stream, New York, who passed away at the age of 94, on May 13, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Orlando and Antionette Orlando; her husband James Edward Minett; and her siblings, Mary Orlando Weber, Carlo Orlando, William Orlando and Salvatore Orlando.
She is survived by: her children, James Edward Minett, Jr. (Deborah) and Pamela Ann Minett Hall; her grandchildren, Kimberly Hall Martin (Brian), James Edward Minett, III, Joanna Minett Warner (Scott) and Gary Travis Lankford; and her great grandchildren, Amarah Martin, Brian Martin, II, Khloe Martin and Elizabeth Warner. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Rose had also volunteered at the Southport Visitors Center for the past 13 years until the COVID-19 pandemic.
