He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyte Williams and Annie Louise Cummings Williams; his great-grandparent Virginia Beach; and his daughter Susan Williams. He is survived by: his wife Frances Williams; his children, Caroline Williams of Southport and Ted Williams (Paige) of Jacksonville; and his grandson Cory Williams of Southport.
