He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Raeside and Joseph O. Varrell. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his son Christopher Varrell (Pamela); his sister-in-law Susan McCullough (John); his nieces, Donna and Linda; and his nephew Michael Varrell.
