It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dennis Penny of Southport, North Carolina, born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Penny and Florence Penny; and his sister Shirley Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Suzy Penny; his children, Jan Wilson (Bryan) and Brad Penny (Carrie); his grandchildren, Whitni Leedy (Jason) and John Drish III (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Bryson and Colson Leedy; and his sister Myrtle Milliken.
