He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Hewett and Emma Hewett; and his nephew Robert Cribb. He is survived by: his wife Tanna Hewett; his son Bobby Hewett (Kristen); his grandchildren, Kinley, Anna, Wesley and Stetson; his sister Kathy Hewett Cribb; and his nieces and nephews, William, Amanda, Curtis and Myia.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sonrise Baptist Church (8375 River Rd SE, Southport, NC 28461).
