She was predeceased by: her former husband Jeffrey Brantley; her son Jason Brantley; and her granddaughter Skylar Brantley. She is survived by: her daughters, Jenifer Brantley and Jessica Brantley; her parents, Henry T. "Tom" and Vicky Shank; and her husband Randy Carmichael. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
