He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Joe and Ann Joe (Foley); and his brothers, Michael Joe and Anthony Joe. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his pet Spots; his niece Michele Joe Hogan (Marty); his great-nephew Jared Hogan; his great-niece Maren Hogan; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Joe. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law and many nieces and nephews.
