She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Jane Locklear Carter and Prayther Hunt; and her sister Verlane Locklear. She is survived by: her children, Lester "Bo" Dollar, Jr. (Lisa) of Southport, David Dollar of Wagram and Phyllis Lowery (William) of Wagram; her grandchildren, Chris Lowery (Ashley), Brittany Lowery-Fipps (Douglas), Jonathan Dollar (Nicole) and Chelsea Brown (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Kaylynn Lowery, Jasmine Lowery, Haydynn Lowery, Aidan Fipps, Ryan Fipps, Declan Rachel, Granger Brown and Townsend Paul Dollar.
