He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Powell Crehan. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lyons-Crehan; his children, Joseph P. Crehan of Smithfield, RI and Traci Casucci (Tony) of Brookfield, MA; his stepson Peter Lyons of Dorchester, MA.; and his grandsons, Paul Anthony and Dominic Anthony Casucci.
