He is survived by: his wife Otelia Simmons Carrier; his daughters, Diane Carrier McKeithan (Bobby) of Southport and Zettie Carrier Mangum of St. Augustine, Florida; his grandsons, Robbie McKeithan of Wilmington, Brett McKeithan (Theresa) of Southport, Hank Mangum (Susan) of Newburgh and Cary Mangum (Emily) of Natchitoches, Louisiana; and his great grandchildren, Jordan McKeithan (Taylor) of Charlotte, Andrew of Newburgh, Indiana, Brent of Newburgh, Indiana, William Mangum of Newburgh, Indiana, Sidney McKeithan of Southport, Callie of Natchitoches, Louisiana. and Maisie Jane of Natchitoches, Louisiana..
