He was predeceased by: his parents, Bion Worth Fowler and Sanatha Stevens Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Alma E. Fowler; his children, Mark Fowler and Kathy F. Davis (Alan); and his grandchildren, Brandon Fowler (Tracy) of Supply, NC, Rachel Edwards (Anthony) of Southport, NC, Francis Cooke (Anna) of Pensacola, Canyon Cooke (Sierra) of Knoxville, Alan C. Davis (Samantha) of Southport, NC and Ridge Cooke of Southport, NC. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
