He is survived by: his wife Jean Gilbert Smith Hall; his son Gavin Hall (Angie); his stepchildren, James Kenney (Nicole) and Jennifer Kenney Spencer (Walter); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Ethan, Alex and Ressie; and his nephews, Scott Talley and Matthew Talley.
