She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Grogan and Sally Grogan; her husband Paul Raymond Proctor; and her sister Betty Grogan Stott (Louis Stott). She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Proctor (Cindy) and Gary Proctor (Pat); her grandson Chad Proctor (Emily); her great grandchildren, Hayden and Jennifer Herring (Ken); her niece Sharon Stott Coats; and also Blake. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and extended family.
