He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph L. Kuzan. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his stepdaughter Kathryn Brink (Josh); and his siblings, Patricia Elliott (Robert), Laurie Puckett, Judith Martin (Lon) and Steven Kuzan.
