Michael Edwin Kellogg Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Edwin Kellogg Sr. of Southport, North Carolina. He was born on May 10, 1939 in Chicago Illinois and passed away July 27, 2021, in his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joanna; parents, Harry and Doris Kellogg; siblings Dave and Joyce Kellogg; and son Michael E. Kellogg, Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Debra Anne Kellogg, daughter in law Lynette and grandchildren Alexandra, Harry, and Genevieve Kellogg.
Michael touched countless lives in his professional career with Grainger spanning 25 + years, and in real estate both in Florida and North Carolina. His outgoing personality, zest for life, and unwavering support of those he loved will be greatly missed. He believed in living life to the fullest and encouraging others to do the same; it’s no wonder he was blessed with numerous lifelong friends with whom he often traveled and experienced exciting adventures. We are very saddened by this loss but know his Savior Jesus Christ has taken him safely home where he will be reunited with the family he missed so much.
