He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hipkins and Charlotte Hipkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wilson Hipkins; his children, Michael Hipkins of Mooresville, NC, Scott Kilbury (Melissa) of Southport, Steve Kilbury of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Deanna McCumber of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, Robert Hipkins of Lake Placid, FL and Fran Viamonte of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
