She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Joseph Danyliw and Halina Labecki Danyliw; and her son Ryan McCaffery. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Updike; her sons, Robert J. McCaffery, Jr. (Danielle Rappaport), Brendan McCaffery and Bryan McCaffery; her stepchildren, Stephen Updike (Stacey McManus) and Kathryn Updike; her siblings, Joseph Danyliw, Jr. (Melanie), Dr. Thomas Danyliw (Alyson), Peter Danyliw (Holly), Timothy Danyliw, Dorothy DePietro (Bob), Margaret Schock (Reuben) and Ann Westberg (John); her grandchildren, Liam Updike and MaKenna Updike; and her pet Montana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
