We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Marie Ploe (Southport, North Carolina), born in Douglas, Arizona. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Kazal and Henrietta Farah Kazal; her husband Robert John Ploe (Bob); her daughters, Dawn Ploe Richey (UT) of Southport, NC, Lynn Ploe Gillis of Southport, NC and Shelley Ploe Facchina of Southport, NC; and her grandchildren, Brittany Marie Richey Hunt (Ryan) and James Robert Richey (JB) of Las Vegas, NV..

Because of the pandemic, a funeral service will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church at a later date.

Anyone wishing to make a donation on Marie's behalf, the family is very grateful to Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Bolivia. And also sincere thanks to Carillon Assisted Living staff (now Elmcroft Senior Living) in Southport.
