She is survived by: her son Don Phillips Jr.; her wife Adrienne of Haymarket, Virginia; her daughter Darlene Phillips of St. James; her siblings, David Halsey (Ellen) of Ft. Collins, Richard Halsey of Heath, Sidney Halsey (Clare) of St. Augustine, Florida, Edna Sieber of Jeffersonton, Virginia Vazquez and Helen Vazquez (Peter) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Brandon Phillips, Kyle Phillips, Corbyn Harris, Corey Phillips and Grace Phillips; and also Dennis Roupe.
