She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard J. Hafey and Mary M. Hafey. She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine M. Hafey and John R. Hafey; her niece Jenna K. Hafey; her nephew John Thomas Hafey (Lindsay); her former husband Robert Tappin (Michael); and also Layla Grace Hafey of Reston, VA.
The family suggests that donations be made in her name to Lower Cape Fear Life Care.
