It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Lee Crooks (Southport, North Carolina), who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Barry Glenn Crooks; and her grandparents, Myrtle Blakemore, Charles and Harriett Powell. She is survived by: her mother Teresa Blakemore Crooks; her sisters, Amity McCollum Foreman and Jessica Lynn Crooks (Eddie Cornell); her nieces, Heidi Foreman Haney (Dalton Haney) and Alyssa Cornell; her aunt Charlotte Blakemore; her uncle Mark Blakemore; and her nephews, Levi, Josh and Evan Cornell.
