She is survived by: her daughter Kate; her husband JD Uzdienski; her children, Jennifer Gaynor (Patrick), Ryan Uzdienski (Katie Thompson) and Gene Uzdienski; her son-in-law Josh Lauer; her siblings, Debra McCluskey Hughes and Clem McCluskey; her sister-in-law Lisa Worrells (Ray); and her parents-in-law, Barbara and John Uzdienski.
