He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Toton Siudara and Joe; his brother Doug; his brothers-in-law, Mike Chaplow and Dave Shawn; and his nephew Kyle Chaplow.
He is survived by: his uncle Eddie; his aunt Betty Toton; his siblings, Helene Chaplow, Donna Shawn, JoAnn Siudara and John Siudara (Cindy); his nieces and nephews, Erica Foerch (Kyle), Lauren Johnson (Rob), Crystell Sullivan, Meagan Siudara, Evan Sonnenberg (Erin) and Shane Siudara (Charlie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Quinn, Connor, Owen, Cara, Paige and Leah; his wife Ellie; and his siblings, Hardy DeYoung and Marti DeYoung.
