He is survived by: his wife Betty Lewis Potter; his children, Anita King (Dallas) and William Joseph Potter (Penny) of Durham, NC; his brother Robert Wayne Potter of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Leanne King of Wilmington, Teresa King of Leland and Dallas King Jr. of Bolivia; and his great grandchildren, William Hart, Brantley King, Dustin King, Colton King and Linda King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
