He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Lynch and Jean A. Lynch; and his brothers, Bill (Dana) and Danny Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Vicki Ceo (Chris) of Palm City, FL and Jennifer Maisch (Patrick) of Northport, NY; his grandchildren, Siena of Patrick Jude and Julian; and his siblings, Carol Paoloni (John) of Bluffton, SC, Tom Lynch (Jean) of Port St, Mark Lynch (Andrea) of Southport, NC and Lore Weber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
