He is survived by: his children, Andy Zmidzinski and Elizabeth Kushner (Robert); his grandsons, Robert Alexander Kushner, Matthew Michael Kushner (Katie) and Joseph Andrew Kushner; and his great grandchildren, McKayla, McKenzie, Madison and Max.
