He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Foster; his children, Kara Makris of Pensacola, FL and Jack Ellis of Portland, OR; his stepchildren, Madison Huss of Whidbey Island, WA and Myzanne Huss of Arcata, CA; his grandchildren, Braden and Kaela Makris; his siblings, Bradley Ellis of Cross Plains, TX and Susan Skvorc (Paul) of Wasilla, AK; and his stepsisters, Becky Darden (Barry) of Spring Hill, FL and Vicki Mains (Jim) of Houston, TX..
