He is survived by: his mother Teri Roush Bingaman; his daughter Cassie Hensler (Patrick Otey); his granddaughters, Natalie Otey and Ava Otey; his sisters, Jesika Mathai and Casey Hensler; his stepbrothers, Bruce Bingaman and Jamie Bingaman (Cindy Vance); his aunts, Julia Small and Coni L Roush; and his stepfather Bruce V Bingaman.
