James Harper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harper (Southport, North Carolina), who passed away on July 6, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, James Madison Harper Jr. and Margaret Taylor Harper; his daughter Margaret Tuttle; his wife Edna Virginia; his brother Edward T. Harper; his son James Madison Harper IV; his son-in-law Lawrence Joseph; his grandchildren, Margaret Kathleen Tuttle, Clay Harper Tuttle, Jonah Foster Gouger, Joshua Lee Mote, Marissa Alexandra Mote, AngaElla Canady Watkins, Robert Watkins, Tonya Watkins, Jessica Mote and Shaun Mote; his nieces, Morgan Harper and Julianne Hollingsworth; his daughter Meg; and also, Harper Tuttle, Jahaila Harper, Morris Harper and James. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
