It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Easton Frantz (Southport, North Carolina), born in Bethel, North Carolina, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father A. James Frantz; his sister Carol Sholl (Jake); and his brother-in-law Duane Gross. He is survived by: his children, April (Scott Doyle) and James (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Andrew and Lauren Frantz; his mother Violet Frantz (Koch); and his siblings, Flora (Floss), Willette (Art Cooper), Norene Gross (Nikki), Tina (Randy Klopp) and Jeffrey (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
