He was predeceased by: his parents, James Montgomery and Dorothy Montgomery; his daughter Annie; the mother of his child Debbie Montgomery; and his nephew Christopher Kemp.
He is survived by: his son Andy; his wife Melissa Montgomery; his sons, Samuel Montgomery and Andrew Montgomery (Melanie); and his sisters, Cathy Kemp (Jack) and Marilyn Flaker (Jeff). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
