He was predeceased by: his father Jack McFarland. He is survived by: his mother Atha McFarland; his wife Sherri; his children, Joshua McFarland (Anjali), Matthew McFarland, J. D. McFarland, Melanie Garrett (Carter) and John Kail (Jessica); his grandchildren, Sophie, Miles, Lucie McFarland, Sylvia, Teddy McFarland, Jackson, Jenna Garrett and Jacob Kail; and his sister Ann O'Nale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
