She was predeceased by: her parents, John Albert and Helen Albert (Burdack). She is survived by: her husband Jack L. Burwick; her children, Jean Cloutier and Jack L. Burwick, Jr. (Susan); her brothers, Richard Albert and John Albert (Joyce); and her pets, Louie and Farley. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
