He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Moore Huggins and Rosa Gentry Huggins; his sister Doris Ann; his wife Patricia Jo Tillery Huggins; and his son John Alan Huggins.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Huggins (Debbie) of Southport, NC, Joan Shannon (John) of Saxapahaw, NC and Jane Endicott (Eric) of Sanford, FL; and his grandchildren, Thomas Huggins, Jack Huggins, Samuel Endicott and Elizabeth Endicott.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
