He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parker of Washington and Kathleen Wallace Parker; and his siblings, Norma Coleman, Betty Thompson and Scotter Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Parker; his children, Christy Peterson (Eugene), LeChristopher Parker, Kimsey Parker and Kathleen Parker Myers (Elliott); and his siblings, Michael Parker, Patrick Parker, Ricky Parker, Allen Parker and Shirleen Law. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
