With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Joseph Rafalko (Southport, North Carolina), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on July 13, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Rafalko and Anne Hulay Rafalko. He is survived by: his wife Karen Pingicer Rafalko; his children, Eric Rafalko (Heather Burpee Rafalko), Jenifer O'Neill PhD of Dublin, OH and Heather Phelps Ayres (Rob Ayres) of Charlottesville, VA; and his brother Michael Rafalko (Lois) of Herndon, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
