She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Amedia and Lucille Amedia; her husband Clark Edward Chapman; her brothers, Col. Chester Amedia and Charles Amedia; and her grandmother Franny.
She is survived by: her son Ben Chapman (Blakley); her stepdaughter Jannette Testa (Len); and her grandchildren, Colton Chapman, Rabon Chapman, Sadie Chapman, Pete Testa, Stephen Testa, Michelle Snead and Mark Testa. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
