It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Ann Albert (Southport, North Carolina), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Gallaher and Ann Dutcher; her husband Charles; and her brother William. She is survived by: her children, Charles, Judy, Carole and William; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Andrea, Harrison, Tony and Dante; and her children-in-law, Norman and Carole.
