He is survived by: his cousin Jed Emery (Marjorie DeRusha); his wife Natalie Joyce Sinclair; his granddaughter Marjorie Elizabeth Sinclair; his great grandchild Nathaniel Rhett Weimer; his daughter Jennifer Sinclair Johnson (Roger); his grandchildren, Ryan Fitzgerald Johnson and Lydia Sinclair Johnson; his son Emery Theodore Sinclair (Stacey); and his grandchild Linzey Ziv. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
