Edith Willis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2025, at the age of 82, Edith Willis of Southport, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Edith departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Edith may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edith leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Penzenstadler and Mary Penzenstadler; her brother Manfred Penzenstadler; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Penzenstadler and Sue Penzenstadler.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ernest, Joseph and Anthony. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newnam and White Funeral Home (1411 N Howe St, Southport, NC 28461).
