It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Drusilla Quinn Smittle (Southport, North Carolina), who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Bryan Smittle; her children, Maradee Barr (Larry Barr), Kimberly Caroon and Roz Alfonso; her grandchildren, Mallary, Hailey Barr, Ali, Austin, Zack Alfonso, Cash and Sky Caroon; and her great grandchildren, Kai and Koa Alfonso.
A memorial of her life will be held in the post Covid world and will be announced to all.
Contributions in her memory should be directed to the Franklin Art Gallery where much of her art has been on display.
