He was predeceased by: his parents, Hevia Noe and Alice Noe; and his siblings, Johnny Noe and Marion Gates. He is survived by: his wife Carol Noe; his children, Larry T. Noe and Pamela Sue Hall (David); and his stepsons, Michael W. Bullins (Marian) and Timothy G. Bullins (Bets). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
