He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lynch; his son Donald Lynch (Leslie) of Yacolt, WA; his brother Thomas Lynch (Regina); his grandchildren, Mollie Wright, Macie Tenney and Gabriella Fenison; his great grandchildren, Jack Lynch and Annabell Tenney; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Atkinson (Rick), Edward L. Strother (Judy) and Michael Strother (Colleen).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 209 E. Nash Street, Southport, NC 28461.
