He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde N. Conrad and Mildred Thompson Conrad; and his children, John Conrad and Ashley Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Boone Conrad; his children, Richard Allen Conrad (Julie), Sara Conrad Wilson (Winfield) and Catherine Conrad Garrison (Peter); his grandchildren, Bayden, Davis, Raegan and Avery; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Alex, Anthony and Rylee.
