He is survived by: his parents, John Davis Hayes, Sr. and Gail Kimbrell Hayes; his wife Lori King Hayes; his children, Tiffany Hayes, Courtney Carroll, Joshua Hayes, Samantha Hayes, Jessica Roseberry and Devyn Chaney; and his brothers, John Davis Hayes, Jr., Kevin Hayes and Adam Hayes. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
