She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. P. D. Midgett, III; and her sister Mary Lou Roberts. She is survived by: her aunt Carolyn; her uncle Frank Hill; her sons, John Midgett (Laura) and Todd Midgett (Kristi); her stepchildren, Peleg Dameron Midgett, IV, Steve Midgett (Kathleen), Fred Midgett (Lawrie) and Pattie Midgett (Dan Nicholson); her grandchildren, Parker Midgett, Hadley Midgett, Cameron Midgett, Aaron Midgett (Kim), Jacob Midgett (Kelsey), Terra Midgett, Lilly Emendy (Jenny), Amelia Midgett-Nicholson (Jorge Rodarte) and Thomas Midgett (Elizabeth); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Midgett, Porter Midgett, Sylvan Midgett and Asher Midgett.
