It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy Duncan (Southport, North Carolina), born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on May 28, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth 'Lib Caldwell Medlin; and her brother Jack Medlin (Elaine Medlin). She is survived by: her husband Bill Duncan; her children, Brad Duncan (Jan), Patti Russell (Brian) and Libby Bond (George); her grandchildren, Matthew Russell, Ralph Russell, Blake Bond and Madison Duncan; and her great grandchild Ashlyn Russell.
