He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Dawn (Doug), Leslie (Erik) and Joan; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Jim) and Charles; his great grandchild Darcy Joy; his sister Rosemarie Fullerton (Dave); and his nieces, Dawn (David) and Andrea Hunter (Chris).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL.
